Rpa Developer (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated RPA Developer to join our Automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Analyse current business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain process documentation and technical specifications.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of developed bots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and subject matter experts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing RPA processes.
• Follow RPA best practices for coding, exception handling, logging, and reusability.
• Provide support for UAT and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one leading RPA tool: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (C#, .NET, Java, or Python is a plus).
• Understanding of web services, APIs, and data structures (JSON, XML, SQL).
• Familiarity with process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certification in any RPA platform (preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML integrations in automation
• Exposure to RPA orchestrator/control room
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of process mining tools like Celonis or UiPath Process Mining
