Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Build custom solutions and forms using Power Apps.
• Integrate external systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and external service connectors.
• Create automated workflows for operational, HR, financial, and administrative processes.
• Work with Excel automation, Power Scripts, and Python scripts to enhance workflow capabilities.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand automation requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement Zoho Flow or Zoho RPA workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
• Contribute to building Agentic AI + n8n workflows where applicable.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2.5 years experience in RPA or workflow automation.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.Expertise in API integrations, authentication methods, JSON, and webhook-based flows.Proficiency in Excel automation, Power Scripts, and Python scripting.Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.Experience with Zoho Flow or Zoho RPA (added advantage).Knowledge of AI-driven workflows or n8n workflow automation (preferred).
