RPA Developer

We are seeking an RPA Developer to join our Robotic Process Automation Team within Operations Technology/Business Process Innovation Describe the role: The RPA Developer will support the RPA Team in various projects under Operations Technology/Business Process Innovation s portfolio. This RPA Developer must be adept in robotic process automation best practices, analyzing business requirements, creating automations, and leveraging an agile methodology. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions primarily using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate to streamline and enhance business operations. Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into automated solutions. Configure and script process automation as specified in the Process Design Document (PDD), ensuring compliance with project specifications. Test and deploy RPA bots, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance are met. Monitor the performance of deployed RPA bots and undertake regular maintenance to ensure continued effectiveness and efficiency. Update and modify existing RPA scripts and configurations to improve functionality and adapt to business changes. Provide detailed documentation for each automation process, ensuring all scripts and configurations are well-documented for future reference and compliance. Design shared modular components for the RPA team. Act as a point of contact for all RPA-related issues and queries providing timely and effective resolutions. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in RPA development, specifically with Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate. RPA certification in Automation Anywhere and/or Microsoft Power Automate is preferred. Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing RPA solutions in a professional setting. The candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and client interaction skills as they will be required to work closely with business analysts, a diverse group of users, IT management and application developers, to streamline business operations. Deep understanding of RPA deployment methodologies and life cycles in both a traditional waterfall, and agile software development setting Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize RPA solutions for maximum efficiency. Effective communication skills, with proficiency in English, suitable for a global remote working environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate remotely with a diverse team. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with relational database technology, SQL queries and SQL programming Experience with Python Experience with PowerApps
