Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using

  Power Automate

  .
• Build custom solutions and forms using

  Power Apps

  .
• Integrate external systems through

  REST APIs, webhooks, and external service connectors

  .
• Create automated workflows for operational, HR, financial, and administrative processes.
• Work with Excel automation, Power Scripts, and Python scripts to enhance workflow capabilities.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand automation requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement Zoho Flow or Zoho RPA workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
• Contribute to building

  Agentic AI + n8n workflows

  where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  2.5years

  experience in RPA or workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Power Automate

  and

  Power Apps

  .
• Expertise in

  API integrations

  , authentication methods, JSON, and webhook-based flows.
• Proficiency in

  Excel automation

  ,

  Power Scripts

  , and

  Python scripting

  .
• Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience with Zoho Flow or Zoho RPA (added advantage).
• Knowledge of AI-driven workflows or n8n workflow automation (preferred).
