Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with SMEs and Process owners to gather requirements and seamlessly communicate with leadership teams.
• Working along with the Business SMEs, Testing teams and coordinating for smooth delivery aligned with business requirements
• Leading process walk-thru and driving the User Acceptance Calls.
• Design, develop Uipath code and implement automation for various processes
• Performing code optimization and identifying potential issues and defects
• Preparing documents such as Process Definition Document and Solution Design Document
• Working on database design with normalization
• Participating in the deployment program by creating a reusable module diagram and packing the solution
• Adhere to Intelligent Automation specific coding standards and Best practices.
• Able to develop RPA solutions and contribute to AI/ML driven solutions.
• Analyzing the technical & functional feasibility of new processes which needs to be automated
• Working on test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Implementing change requirements supporting a structured change control process
• Monitoring and working on solving issues on day to day basis in RPA processes
• Working with Business Analyst and SME for feasibility analysis
• Attending meetings for the process development and problems identified with the solution
• Capable of taking up complex challenges in UiPath environment

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Agile mindset and team player.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI Path
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .Net development using C# programming language, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, MySQL & MongoDB) and PL/SQL programming language.
• Hands on experience in Documentation and process re-design and mapping.
• Experience with Entity Framework and .NET
• Good to have knowledge on SAP BAPIs
• Hands on experience in designing, developing, and consuming SOAP/REST APIs
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Should have undergone RPA Lifecycle (Define, Develop, Deploy) for identified automation opportunities
• Experience supporting RPA bots in production and provide long-term precise fixes.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to resolve technical issues associated with RPA bots
• Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
