Must-Have

· Experience in L2 & L3 Protocols testing

· Familiarity with traffic test equipment like ixia and Spirent.

· Ability to understand end to end regression testing work flow at technology area and platform/product level

· Having experience and capability in solving complex issues in testing.

· High quality debugging skills, ascertaining the reason for failure, distinguish between a SW bug or otherwise precisely.

· Test automation frameworks, tools and scripting languages is a must and preferably in Python, Robot framework.

· Strong analytical skills to debug and isolate problems.

· Aptitude to learn new technology quickly and adapt to new feature testing/new assignments faster.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Responsibilities include, test planning, test script execution, defect analysis & tracking, and script fixing and test reports.

· Good exposure in following technologies: Routing & switching architectures. L2: VLANs, xSTP, LACP, LLDP, VRRP, Mac learning, ARP, Q in Q L3: OSPF, BGP, ISIS QOS Firewalls & Policer ECMP & load balancing.

· Familiarity with traffic test equipment like ixia and Spirent.
