Location: Rajkot

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibilities

Prepare and prioritize daily route sheets to ensure smooth and timely field operations.
Support the Branch Manager in preparing feasibility and performance reports for new routes or projects.

Operational Responsibilities

Prepare daily indents and hand them over to ATM/CIT operators for execution.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently for withdrawal and dispatch routes.
Assign Android devices to custodians and track their usage and compliance.
Monitor route loading performance and coordinate with the reporting team.
Share end-of-day reports with banking partners and address any escalations.

Monitor Cash Balance Reports (CBR) and skipped loading reports

Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports for all managed route

Financial Responsibilities

Manage and monitor petty cash usage for route operations.
Work with the Accounts team to ensure accurate petty cash reconciliation.

People Management

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 3050 ATM/CIT field operators.
Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.

Preferred Background

Experience in
ATM operations, cash management, or logistics coordination
.
Exposure to
banking operations or fleet management
is an advantage.
