The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing robust software solutions for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) using ROS/ROS2. You will work on robot navigation, sensor integration, and system diagnostics. Your role will also involve troubleshooting real-time issues in robotic systems and collaborating closely with hardware and simulation teams to ensure seamless robot behavior. Responsibilities Develop and maintain ROS/ROS2 packages for autonomous navigation and perception Integrate and calibrate various sensors (LiDAR, IMU, camera, etc.) with the robot stack Test and validate algorithms in both simulated and real-world environments Debug and troubleshoot system-level issues in robotic deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve robot performance and reliability Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with ROS or ROS2 in real-world robotics applications Proficient in C++ and Python for robotic system development Familiarity with SLAM, path planning, localization, and control algorithms Experience working with simulation tools like Gazebo, RViz, or Ignition Solid understanding of Linux-based development environments 3+ years of experience in robotics or autonomous systems development Show more Show less
