RO:RL - Operation CPC Operations Officer - Retail

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operation CPC Operations Officer to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in retail lending operations

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining high service standards
• Process loan documents submitted for account opening and ensure timely disbursement
• Validate submitted documents according to bank's processes and policies
• Dispatch disbursed files, repayment instruments, and other documents to central storage, updating the system accordingly
• Respond promptly to concurrent audit queries and ensure satisfactory audit ratings
• Manage complex client situations and provide excellent customer service

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of Finacle or other banking software is required
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate a high sales orientation to consistently meet sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
