Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant located in Meerut. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include cleaning and organizing guest rooms, changing linens and towels, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all facilities meet the resort's quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in housekeeping and cleaning rooms to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Experience in laundry services, including sorting, washing, ironing, and folding
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members
• Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Time management skills and an eye for detail to maintain efficiency and quality
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
