Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desk Attendant at MARS RESORTS, located in Meerut. The Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls, booking reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating front-desk activities, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The Desk Attendant will also assist in administrative tasks and support the resort's operational needs.


Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Proficiency in using booking systems and office software
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front-desk roles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hotel Management are a plus
