Job Description

Your role Key Responsibilities Manage full MES roll-out projects: from site assessment to implementation and hypercare
Support business stakeholders during roll-out, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of the new system
Train key users and provide hands-on onboarding support
Coordinate hardware requirements and ensure infrastructure readiness
Define and optimize a global roll-out strategy for efficient scaling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, production, and development
Ensure the quality of each roll-out, including documentation, training, testing and post-implementation support
To succeed, you will need Candidate Profile The successful candidate has preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in different areas of IT/IS and in a production environment Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
Proven experience in Agile methodologies, and project-based working
Project management certifications are an asset
Solid understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES, WMS, APS, PLE is a plus Experience with SAP is a plus
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Willingness to spend up to 6 months in Belgium for onboarding
Comfortable with international travel (up to 30%)
