ROCHE DATA ENGINEER (ASSOCIATE LEVEL)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex data solutions using

  programming languages, ETL platforms, and cloud technologies

  , addressing key challenges in

  manufacturing and supply chain management (SCM)

• Take ownership of assigned tasks across the entire

  project lifecycle

  , ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Apply suitable

  development methodologies

  (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices (QA procedures, unit testing, client reviews) to drive quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover and knowledge sharing throughout the project phases.
• Demonstrate adaptability in addressing evolving client needs and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Contribute to project documentation such as

  business cases, solution design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  data engineering, ETL development, and cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in

  programming languages

  such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with

  manufacturing or supply chain management systems

  is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of

  data architecture
