Job Description

Responsibilities:

Bot Monitoring & First-Level Support:
Monitor UiPath Orchestrator for bot failures, exceptions, and alerts.
Perform initial triaging and escalate to L2/L3 as required.
Restart failed bots based on SOPs and guidelines.
Firewall & Network Coordination:
Raise and track firewall change requests as per bot/application requirements.
Collaborate with the network/security team to ensure timely implementation.
User Access Management:
Conduct User Access Reviews (UAR) as per governance schedules.
Validate and report on user entitlements for Orchestrator, applications, and bot IDs.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of bot and human IDs.Role & responsibilities

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support or RPA environment (UiPath preferred).

• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, bots, queues, and scheduling.

• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

• Familiarity with firewall/change management processes in enterprise environments.

• Understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) and UAR processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams (security, infra, dev).

• Strong documentation and process adherence capability.

• Technical Skill set

• UiPath RPA Certification (Foundation or Associate Level).

• Exposure to scripting support automation.

• Experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, and VPN/firewall rules.

• Exposure to AWS
