Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Robotics Mentor. The Robotics Mentor will be responsible for developing and delivering hands-on robotics training to students or trainees, facilitating STEM learning, providing technical guidance on programming concepts, and nurturing problem-solving skills. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with learners and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Robotics and related concepts
• Strong Communication skills to mentor and engage effectively with learners
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education
• Experience in Training or teaching, especially in technical fields
• Familiarity with Programming languages relevant to robotics
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Previous experience in mentoring is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field is preferred
