About the Role We are looking for a pioneering Robotics Engineer to lead and establish our company's robotics capabilities. This role is a unique opportunity to build our robotics program from the ground up, working hands-on with cutting-edge technology. You will serve as the technical lead and mentor, collaborating directly with our R&D team to design, program, and deploy robotic systems for our internal needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robotic systems from concept to production.
• Program and calibrate articulated robotic arms for high-precision and repetitive tasks.
• Develop control systems and advanced flight programming for drones to support company operations.
• Integrate complex robotics hardware (actuators, sensors, and controllers) with custom control software.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the internal team.
• Define and implement best practices for robotics development, testing, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize robotic systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in robotics engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
• Proven ability to design and program robotic systems from first principles.
• Expert-level proficiency in articulated arm programming (e.g., FANUC, ABB, UR, or similar) and/or drone programming platforms.
• Fluency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and a deep understanding of the Robot Operating System (ROS).
• Solid knowledge of robotics hardware, control theory, and sensor technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and teaching others.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative, on-site environment.
