Job Description

You will be focusing on sales and support for Delta automation products. Your main responsibilities will include developing new customers, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and creating a strong sales pipeline. Additionally, you will need to understand customer applications, provide solutions that meet their needs, and improve customer relations in designated geographical territories. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new customer relationships - Recognize and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry - Actively seek out and generate new leads - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline - Analyze customer applications to identify potential sales opportunities - Provide solutions that meet customer needs and expectations - Strengthen relationships with customers in designated geographical territories - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement - Identify significant sales opportunities - Strategically convert opportunities into sales - Create and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs - Demonstrate the value and benefits of Delta automation products - Closely monitor market competition - Provide timely reports on competitor activities to the team leader - Work effectively with other teams within the organization - Support cross-functional initiatives and projects - Achieve business results as per the strategic plan - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets - Implement strategies to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals - Adhere to the company's internal sales processes and protocols - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies - Update sales visit plans, visit reports, opportunity lists, and account lists regularly - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in industrial automation sales - Strong understanding of Delta automation products - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment - Knowledge of internal sales processes and protocols You will also be expected to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.,
