We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating business processes, leveraging tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement process automation solutions, with a preference for experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Utilize process mapping tools to analyze, document, and improve business workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using lean and agile methodologies to deliver process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in process automation (RPA experience is desirable).
  • Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with lean/agile workflows and principles.
