Robot engineer

Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• Robot Programming & Operation
• ➤ Welding robot (जैसे Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, Panasonic आदि) को प्रोग्राम, सेटअप और ऑपरेट करना।➤ Welding paths, parameters, speed, and torch angles को प्रोग्राम और एडजस्ट करना।
• Fixture & Tool Setup

➤ Welding fixtures और jigs को सही तरह से सेटअप और अलाइन करना।➤ टूल्स और welding consumables (wire, gas, torch tip) की जांच करना।➤ Welding quality, cycle time, और robot efficiency को बेहतर करने के लिए सुधार सुझाव देना।➤ Spatter, burn-through, और misalignment जैसी समस्याओं का समाधान करना।➤ Robot और welding equipment की preventive एवं corrective maintenance करना।➤ Robot alarms, calibration errors, और mechanical issues को troubleshoot करना।➤ Weld joint quality (penetration, bead appearance, strength) को inspect करना।➤ Visual inspection और NDT methods (DPT, UT, etc.) की समझ होना लाभदायक।➤ Robot program records, maintenance logs, और quality inspection reports तैयार करना।➤ Production data और downtime analysis को रिकॉर्ड में रखना।➤ Welding और robotic operations के दौरान सभी safety guidelines का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।➤ PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) का सही उपयोग।
