RO:Bharat Banking Operations-Area Operations Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Area Operations Officer in Bharat Banking Operations, located in Airoli The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience

• Manage loan disbursement and dispatch of files and other documents to storage locations within stipulated timelines
• Close concurrent and internal audit observations, update AOD, EC, and PDD, and resolve complaints and requests within TAT
• Liaise with stakeholders including business, underwriting, collections, branches, insurance channel partners, and other relevant teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and norms, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Handle complex client situations, manage risk and uncertainty, and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Post-graduation or graduation from a recognized institute is required
• Knowledge of banking products and services, regulatory guidelines, and norms is essential
• Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language
• The ability to manage complex client situations, risk, and uncertainty is necessary
• Strong knowledge of rural lending operations and customer service principles is expected
• Experience working in a fast-paced, priority-setting environment with strong time management skills is preferred
