RO:Bharat Banking Operations-Area Operations Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Operations Officer in Bharat Banking Operations, located in Airoli The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience

• Manage loan disbursement and dispatch of files and other documents to storage locations within stipulated timelines
• Close concurrent and internal audit observations, and update AOD, EC, and PDD records
• Resolve customer complaints and requests within the specified timeframe
• Liaise with business, underwriting, collections, branches, insurance channel partners, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and norms
• Possess good communication skills in both English and the local language

• Post-graduation or graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty
• Strong priority-setting and deadline management skills
• Experience in rural lending operations is preferred
