RO:Bharat Banking Operations-Area Operations Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Operations Officer in Bharat Banking Operations, located in Airoli The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience

• Manage loan disbursement and ensure timely closure
• Coordinate with stakeholders including business, underwriting, collections, branches, insurance channel partners, and other teams
• Resolve customer complaints and requests within the stipulated TAT
• Update AOD, EC, and PDD records
• Liaise with internal audit teams to address concurrent and internal audit observations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and norms

• Post-graduation or graduation from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Good communication skills in English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic priority-setting environment and meet deadlines
