Position Title: RO Operator
Department: Utilities / Water Treatment
Location: Rohtak (Haryana)
Work Type: Full-Time | Factory Based | 6 Days Working

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and technically sound RO Operator who will ensure efficient operation of our water treatment systems, including RO Plant, ETP and STP. The candidate must manage day-to-day running of the plant, maintain water quality standards, ensure documentation, and support zero-discharge and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

RO Plant Operation

• Operate, monitor & maintain RO membranes, dosing units, pumps & filtration system
• Check TDS, pH, hardness & water parameters as per prescribed limits
• Perform backwashing, chemical cleaning (CIP) & routine preventive maintenance

ETP & STP Management

• Monitor wastewater treatment process, aeration, sludge handling & clarifier performance
• Maintain MLSS/MLVSS, DO levels & ensure treated water meets statutory norms
• Handle chemical dosing, neutralization process & wastewater flow control

Quality, Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain logbooks, daily consumption & operational data records
• Support in pollution control board compliance, reporting & audit readiness
• Track chemical inventory & coordinate timely replenishment

General Utilities

• Support upkeep of pumps, blowers, pipelines, valves & filters
• Immediate response to breakdowns to avoid downtime or discharge deviation

Candidate Profile

• ITI/Diploma (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) preferred
• 2–5 years experience in RO/ETP/STP plant operations
• Should understand water testing parameters & basic troubleshooting
• Willing to work in shifts and able to manage plant independently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
