Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Chemist / Executive / Assistant to join our Research and Development team. The candidate will be involved in the formulation, testing, and analysis of chemical compounds and materials for new product development and improvement of existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lab-scale experiments, formulation development, and sample preparation.
• Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Analyze results using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.
• Maintain accurate lab notebooks, data records, and technical documentation.
• Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to pilot and production scale.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and other departments.
• Support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline.
• [0–5] years of experience in R&D or formulation lab (depending on seniority).
• Strong understanding of chemical handling, formulation techniques, and lab safety.
• Familiarity with analytical instruments and interpretation of data.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry: e.g., pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, paints, cosmetics, specialty chemicals].
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, GMP, GLP).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
