RMM Engineer

Department: IMSReports To: Technical Team LeadWork Model: WFOShift ESTPosition SummaryAn immediate requirement of an RMM Engineer, who can help us with maintaining and configuring various RMM Applications like Automate, Datto, Kaseys or Ninja.Education and Qualification

Required

Education: Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or a related field

Preferred

• >=3+ years Automate/Datto RMM or Kaseya.
• Technical RMM troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills such as skills, active listening, and communication customer-care.
  

Nice to Have

• PSA tool knowledge & experience.
• Networking skills (Windows, CISCO)
• Communication skills
  

Responsibilities

• Ability to create custom monitors, scripts and groups.
• At least 2+years experience in tool itself.
• Ability to configure patch management by creating custom groups, policies, and patch approvals
• Good scripting knowledge
• Troubleshoot RMM tool related issues e.g.: Agent installation, false positive alerts, finding audit logs.
• Configure compatible plugins with RMM tool like AV plugins, backup plugins etc.
• Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (no medical situation)
• Bulk agent installation and troubleshooting.
