Job Title: IT Manager Location: Noida, India Job Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Director Operations & Technology As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure from day-to-day support and security to managing hybrid environments across AWS Cloud and on-premises servers. Key Responsibilities: Cloud & Automation Administer AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems while maintaining security best practices Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, etc. Automate routine tasks and CI/CD deployments Monitor infrastructure health and setup appropriate alerts and escalations IT Infrastructure & Network Management Oversee and manage the companys on-premises physical infrastructure (Xen, Docker, Linux, Windows) Administer database and application servers ( MySQL, SQL Server, custom .Net applications, etc) Ensure secure and reliable network connectivity, including VPN, firewall (e.g., Sophos XGS2300), and Wi-Fi access points (e.g., Omada). Conduct regular audits and patch management across all systems. Enforce access controls, 2FA, password policies, and data protection protocols & policies. IT Support & Helpdesk Coordinate with central IT management to provide assistance with global IT support, while also managing the India IT team to ensure alignment with global IT policies and procedures. Assist IT asset management (laptops, desktops, software licenses). Maintain and improve endpoint security across devices using tools like Sophos, Kaseya, etc. Backup & Disaster Recovery Maintain backup and recovery systems (e.g., YottaSafe) for business continuity. Participate in DR site planning and testing. Develop and maintain documentation for incident response and recovery plans. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a small team of IT support executives. Collaborate with development and operations teams for seamless infrastructure performance. Vendor coordination and procurement of hardware/software. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, including AWS and on-prem servers. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems administration. Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security tools, and backup solutions. Familiarity with IT compliance, security protocols, and policy documentation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Role & responsibilities Role : L3 Engineer| PROJECT ENGINEER\ Sr.System Adminstrator Location: Banglore Job Type: Full-time About the Position: As a Project Engineer, you will be a high-level individual hands-on contributor with a sharp technical focus supporting the execution of IT/infrastructure projects on behalf of our clients across the country. Coretelligent Project Engineers frequently work remotely to prepare for project execution and will often be required to travel on-site to a client location for portions of various projects. Engineers must be prepared and able to successfully work on multiple projects at any given time. Projects vary in size and scope.
