About the role

As a Relationship Manager - Services Sector Group, you will be responsible for complete sectoral coverage in the area of operations, establishing touchpoints with all corporates, onboarding new clients, and client servicing, including credit appraisal of the corporates. Following the philosophy of Fair to Customer, Fair to Bank you will also be responsible for execution of end to end set processes such as collection and payment solutions, onboarding for digital products, financial analysis, credit appraisal note preparation, loan documentation etc. for the transactions under the guidance of the Senior Relationship Manager. A key responsibility is to work within the guardrails of risk and compliance and focus on customer service to provide Customer 360-degree banking.

Key Responsibilities

360 Credit Assessment

Expected to understand in detail the clients business and financials and prepare a quality appraisal note in collaboration with the risk management team. This would also entail offering 360-degree banking solutions to the corporates.

Collaboration

Facilitate the disbursement of funds once sanction is in place through coordination with various internal groups. RM is also expected to complete post-disbursement documentation activities in coordination with control groups such as Legal, Compliance, and Credit Middle Office.

Portfolio Management

Assist the Senior Relationship Manager/ Regional Head in managing a high-quality portfolio of corporate clients. Support them in achieving business targets and onboarding new clients.

Customer Service

Create service excellence by partnering with customers through their life cycle and offer suitable products and services based on their financial needs while being fair to the customer and fair to the bank in all engagements.

Customized solutions

Collaborate with product specialists, subject matter experts, and credit and service teams to ensure right products are offered to the customer.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

MBA, Chartered Accountants, Engineers & Graduates with relevant work experience in the area of relationship management across industries.

Exp.-

Communication Skill

Good oral and written communication skills.

Financial Understanding

An understanding of the intricacies of financial analysis, the balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Knowledge of basic banking products.

Synergize with Team

Willingness to work with various teams for on-ground support and deliver enablers as required.

Improvise

Develop suitable process in-line with the requirements of the customer and the solution that is being offered.

Market Sensing

Monitor and evaluate industry trends, customer drivers and potential partnerships.
