Job Description

Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships for working capital and agri-finance products.
Understand clients' business needs and offer suitable financial solutions (e.g., cash credit, overdrafts, term loans, KCC, etc.).
Assess creditworthiness and coordinate with credit teams for appraisal and sanction.
Ensure timely disbursal and documentation compliance.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of working capital finance and agri lending.
Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Relationship-building mindset with a customer-first approach.
Basic knowledge of banking regulations and documentation norms.
