Job Description

Job Title:

Teller : Cash handling, NEFT, RTGS, Operation

BDE : CASA Acquisition, Sales,

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new premium CASA customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, and field activities.
Deepen relationships with existing customers to increase balances and product penetration.
Ensure achievement of CASA and cross-sell targets (FD, insurance, loans, etc.).
Provide excellent customer service and act as a single point of contact for high-value clients.
Coordinate with branch operations to ensure smooth account opening and servicing.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 26 years of experience in branch banking or CASA sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in achieving CASA targets.
