Job Title : RM Location : Rohtak Experience 1+yr Skills set: Home loan +LAP +Field sales Budget: 2.4-3.5 Lpa Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the assigned area. Conduct field sales visits to generate leads and acquire new customers. Build strong client relationships to enhance repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams for processing, disbursal, and post-sales support. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan and LAP sales, preferably in field roles. Good understanding of the Rohtak market and customer base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
