About the Business Group

The Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment (CVCE) department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bank which offers CVCE Loans to all categories of customers Pan IndiaZonal Sales Manager is responsible to achieve business goals and profitability by ensuring a balanced mix of new and used CVCE asset funding, quality sourcing, and cost management The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of Sales volume & Fees along with targets of other key metrics for their teamDetails of the RoleDepartmentRetail LendingGradeAVP/ VPSub-DepartmentRL- WheelsReporting (Business)VP/ SVP - ILocationMumbaiReporting (Matrix)Business Goals & ProfitabilityResponsible for driving volume targets of CVCE Business in the allocated zone by ensuring right business mix of New and Used with required channel mix, quality sourcing, yield and fee, cost of acquisition and credit cost and throughput of each resource to reduce processing costResponsible for resolution of non-starter and 30+ DPD cases in synergy with Collections TeamEnsure PDD collection is within thresholdEnsure risk and compliance through timely and satisfactory closure of internal audit and regulatory pointsEstablish relationship and enhance engagement with OEM counterparts at regional level to improve market shareRegular engagement with Circle Heads and branches to drive higher business from Branch ChannelAdoption of Siddhi Application to enhance efficiency in Sales TeamEach relationship to be pitched with liability relationship and getting SI from existing and opening of new accountsImprove contribution of PSL in portfolioOversee fulfilling customer journey with seamless processing and offering a host of banking solutions leading to customer delightMake Axis Bank the ficier of first choice by ensuring best in class TATResponsible to increase customer retention and engagement to improve Net Promoter Score and customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business resultsEnsure minimum SM and ASM attrition by regular counselling and feedbackDrive various people agenda, including but not limited to, values, talent management, internal mobility, culture, learning and developmentsAudit, Compliance, and Risk ManagementSales and Channel DevelopmentCustomer ExperienceCollaboration and People PrioritiesQualifications:Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute6+ years of work experience (secured loans preferred)Role ProficienciesStrong sales orientationProficiency in managing complex client and partner relationships, diverse stakeholdersAbility to align with objectives and new initiatives of the bankSkill in managing team efficiently; coaching and mentoring team membersCompetence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environmentStrong risk and compliance mindsetAdept at communication and interpersonal skills
