Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Investment Risk

market, credit, liquidity, and concentration risks
Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis for equity, debt, ETF, and other financial instruments.

Operational Risk

processes, systems, people, and controls
Design and enforce internal controls to minimize operational vulnerabilities.

Regulatory Compliance Risk

pension fund regulations, investment guidelines, and reporting standards
Support regulatory inspections, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements.

Framework Development

risk management frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements

Metrics, Dashboards Reporting

risk indicators, dashboards, and metrics
Senior Management, Board Risk Committee, and Regulators

Corrective Actions

oversee implementation of corrective action plans
Track effectiveness of controls and remediation measures.

Skills Knowledge

Pension Fund Manager
NSP (National Pension System) industry
financial markets and instruments
written and oral communication skills
independently
multiple projects and functional areas

Qualifications Experience

Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field
Relevant professional certifications (FRM, PRM, CA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
