Risk Manager

You will be joining NTT DATA as a Risk Manager in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India, with 1-4 years of experience in the Capital Market Domain. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization. You will identify and assess potential risks to the company's operations, financial health, and reputation, and develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. As a Risk Manager, you will conduct risk analysis and evaluation to prioritize risks, monitor and review risk management processes, and make improvements as needed. You will be preparing risk reports and presenting findings to senior management, collaborating with departments to embed risk controls in daily operations, and providing training and support to staff on risk management practices. It will be essential for you to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance, lead risk assessment projects and internal audits, and deliver initial and ongoing training for study teams on risk assessment, centralized monitoring, and risk-based monitoring strategies.
