Risk Compliance Manager

As a Manager FC&A at Reliance Digital in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai, your role will involve: - Prepare management responses for audit observations and assist in finalizing audit reports. - Ensure closure of audit points for Reliance Digital by implementing corrective actions and maintaining documentation. - Maintain the Risk Register for Reliance Digital. - Develop BRAC presentation decks and deliver key insights to senior management. - Prepare monthly performance review decks for CEO's assessment. - Collaborate with statutory auditors to provide data clarifications and meet audit requirements. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Experience: 26 years in financial planning, audit, controllership, or related fields. - Profound knowledge of financial statements, audit processes, and internal controls. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
