They develop and implement risk management plans and ensure the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Adaptable and flexible Maintain and update compliance calendar, trackers, periodical reports, and repositories. Knowledge of labour Laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Monitor and report on compliance issues and risks. Job Qualification: Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Law or a related field, along with good knowledge and experience in relevant country compliance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
