Risk and Compliance Associate

As a Risk and Compliance Associate at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Risk and Compliance, SOX & Internal audit vertical for the client. Your main responsibilities will include performing compliance reviews, publishing reports with actions, and providing closure guidance as needed. You will also be involved in designing & recommending effective controls to mitigate risks and helping the service delivery team prepare for upcoming client/external audits. Your role will be crucial in assisting clients and organizations in identifying risks and creating mitigation plans. Additionally, you will audit and manage the effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk, such as Policies, Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management, and Contractor controls. You will establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines - Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor - Receive detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments - The decisions you make would impact your own work - Be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work **Qualifications:** - BCA/Any Graduation/CA Inter **Key Skills Required:** - Detail orientation - Problem-solving skills - Ability to perform under pressure Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
