Job Description

Develop underwriting strategies for Personal Loan leveraging existing / alternate data
Hands-on approach to risk segmentation & ability to implement the same on system
Monitor implemented strategies to continuously assess business & risk impact
Collaborating with teams like - Data Science, Product, Business to setup and monitor underwriting strategies Monitor & track repayment patterns of existing portfolio & propose strategy changes (if any)
Detailed understanding of in-house systems & agility to change the same whenever required
Create and Manage exception triggers in the underwriting rule engine
Monitoring of TTD, Approval and conversion metrics and identify opportunities to enhance business or marginal segments to maintain a sound portfolio.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of Risk and Credit scorecards
Hands-on experience of defining risk strategies, managing portfolio and building risk models along with problem solving and analytical thinking
Adept in quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis and creating insights within the large data eco-system. Proficiency in data tools like SQL/Python
Communication and Stakeholder management - you are able to present your point of view cogently and are able to engage effectively with everyone from external partners to CXOs
