Role Summary
The Vigilance Officer is responsible for monitoring, identifying, and addressing student activities that violate the Code of Conduct, academic integrity norms, or university policies in the online learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor student behavior across LMS, assessments, and examinations
Identify and track academic misconduct and unethical practices
Conduct preliminary reviews and document violations objectively
Coordinate with academic, examination, IT, and student support teams
Recommend actions as per university disciplinary policies
Maintain accurate records and compliance reports
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Education, Law, Management, or related field
2-5 years of experience in academic administration, compliance, or vigilance roles
Familiarity with online learning platforms and assessment systems preferred
Key Skills
Strong attention to detail and ethical judgment
Confidential handling of sensitive information
Clear documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
