Risk Advisory - Internal Audit - Analyst

You will be working as an Assistant Manager at KPMG in India, where you will be a project leader or team member involved in process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting, and other solutions of GRCS. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with client representatives for ongoing project requirements - Proactively providing sales-oriented reporting during projects to identify possible business opportunities - Delivering quality client services and taking charge of the assigned project area - Monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed - Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to assimilate new knowledge - Possessing good business acumen and staying current on new developments in advisory services and industry knowledge - Being prepared for travel to client locations within India and abroad As an individual, you should: - Have experience in process consulting, internal audit, or risk consulting - Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes, and risks in operations of at least one industry sector - Be able to perform and interpret process gap analysis and identify risks in business processes - Understand control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness, and efficiency - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, data analytics, and communication skills - Display leadership skills, work well in teams, and have knowledge of IT systems and MS Office - Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel for extended periods - Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Qualified CAs from Big-4 firms or MBAs from top 10 Business Schools with 3-5 years of experience in risk consulting, operations, or compliance function - Qualified CAs from non Big-4 firms, MBAs from non top 10 B-Schools, or Graduates with 6-8 years of relevant experience - Graduates with CS/ICWA and 5-7 years of relevant experience - Certifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) would be an added advantage.,
