10+ years experience in Hardware Product Design (RF, Digital,Power, Thermal and Mechanical) for Wireless TelecommunicationsIndoor and Outdoor Small Cell products Expertise with FCC/CE/ICS Regional Regulatory Compliancetesting to ensure Small Cell products meet required specifications.Specifically needs knowledge of requirements of N79 for NorthAmerica and C Band for North America, Europe and Japancustomers Expertise with L1 Physical Layer Expertise that can handle RFOptimization of Outdoor Small Cells in FFA Field Trials. Isolate and fix RF, Digital, Mechanical and/or Power circuit issuesfound by end customer, field test teams and by internal test teamssuch as OTA, FI and ST. Work closely with Qualcomm Layer1 Software teams and NokiaSoftware teams on HW and factory calibration interactions withplatform software. Nokia PJM, software, test and PLM to developtest plans/schedules and understand low level requirements Complete unit level and design verification testing of all HW designchanges.Good-to-Have1. Familiarity with:o RF Testingo FCC/CE/ICS Regional Regulatory Complianceo 5G L1 Testing2. Ability to work closely with ODM Factory Design, ProductManagement, Customer and Field Support teams.3. Ability to work independently and also work effectively within ateam.4. Good communication and documentation skills.5.
