Job Area: Engineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group > Support Engineering General Summary: - Candidate should have experience in Test Equipment Calibration process for various Wireless, RF equipment's.- Ability to validate the calibration process for newly enabled test equipment's.- Strong understanding of Calibration metrics & Debugging procedures for Calibration failed assets.- Flexible to work and meet the monthly deadlines for the assets to perform the calibration.- Need to debug the Test Equipment's which are failed in Calibration, run the adjustments and replace the HW replacements as needed.- Sound Technical knowledge in RF & Digital concepts and hands on experience in RF & Digital design support and/or development.- Ability to understand the different accents with good communication skills, as the candidate need to with the different country people/s.- Expertise to use Spectrum analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies...etc.- Have to work with various test engineers on daily basis and need to update status for Calibration failed assets. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. OR Associate's degree and 1+ year of technical or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of technical or related work experience.

Your tasks Develop, implement and execute test plans and test cases to assess WLAN measurement functionality, performance and reliability Conduct manual and automated tests to validate WLAN measurement features Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes or updates do not adversely affect legacy functionality Identify, reproduce, isolate, debug and document defects or issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams to resolve them Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define acceptance test cases according to the defined uses cases, provide input on design and implementation considerations Utilize testing tools and equipment to simulate real-world network scenarios and assess performance under different conditions Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and improvement Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to WLAN testing and network management Propose and implement improvements and changes related to your area of responsibility Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in testing, preferably related to WLAN Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies, including WLAN (WiFi) standards (802 11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), RF fundamentals, and WLAN measurements Familiarity with WLAN measurement test equipment such as signal generators, protocol analyzers, spectrum analyzers Proven Experience with Pytest and SCPI Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to produce high-quality work and deliver accurate test results Openness and drive for innovation Interested We are looking forward to receiving your application!
