RF Engineer

Role Overview: As an RF/OSS Engineer, you will be a highly specialized professional focusing on RF design and optimization within the 5G network domain. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing your RF expertise, data analytics skills, and knowledge of O-RAN architecture and 5G SA call flow to ensure optimal network performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of RF engineering experience to design and optimize RF networks effectively. - Apply strong data analytics skills to monitor and manage network performance KPIs for troubleshooting and optimization. - Demonstrate understanding of O-RAN architecture and 5G SA call flow to contribute to network enhancements. - Familiarity with 5G RAN parameters including GPL and the ability to configure them for performance optimization. - Conduct pre/post analysis of network data to assess improvements and make necessary adjustments. - Troubleshoot network KPIs such as accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput to ensure optimal network performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage SLAs, resolve performance bottlenecks, and communicate effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wireless industry, specifically in roles involving RF design, optimization, and network performance management. - Expertise in data analysis, troubleshooting, SLA management, and effective communication skills. - Knowledge of O-RAN architecture, 5G SA call flow, and network performance management KPIs. - Experience with Mavenir and Samsung RAN solutions and their application in network environments.
