RF Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading innovation by designing and automating RF design workflows to optimize cost and time, utilizing our state-of-the-art Design Automation tool. Additionally, you will master propagation modeling to assess and develop cutting-edge wireless propagation models, ensuring the accuracy of site designs and the performance of the wireless network. You will also play a crucial role in navigating regulatory complexity by translating complex guidelines into efficient RF engineering workflows and ensuring compliance for rapid deployment. Furthermore, you will stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and improving RF propagation modeling and predictions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance to E2E teams on RF engineering best practices, including RF propagation modeling and antenna design. - Identify and creatively resolve complex challenges to future-proof the Wireless Access network infrastructure. - Constantly optimize and simplify propagation modeling and geo data assets, tools, and techniques to add value and eliminate clutter and waste. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to achieve wider business and network objectives. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of technology and logistics. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of telecommunications. - Advanced understanding of RF, Radio Propagation Modeling, and Antenna Theory. - Comprehensive knowledge of the 5G RAN architecture. - Experience with GIS processing, vectors, and raster data. - Proficiency in RAN/RF Planning/Design. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent oral/written communication and technical presentation skills.
