As an RF/OSS Engineer based in Noida with 5 to 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for RF design and optimization within the 5G network domain. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your RF expertise, data analytics skills, and knowledge of O-RAN architecture and 5G SA call flow to ensure network performance and KPI management. Your role will involve: - Utilizing 5+ years of RF engineering experience to design and optimize RF networks effectively. - Applying strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing network performance metrics. - Demonstrating understanding of O-RAN architecture and 5G SA call flow. - Managing network KPIs such as accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput to enhance overall network performance. Key Technical Skills and Experience required for this role include: - Proficiency in RF design and optimization. - Knowledge of O-RAN architecture and 5G SA call flows. - Experience in monitoring network KPIs and configuring parameters for performance optimization. - Ability to conduct pre/post analysis to evaluate network improvements. - Familiarity with Mavenir and Samsung RAN solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues, managing SLAs, and resolving performance bottlenecks. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science. - At least 5 years of experience in the wireless industry, particularly in RF design, optimization, and network performance management. In addition to technical skills, strong communication skills and analytical thinking are essential for effective communication with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting network issues, and identifying performance bottlenecks.,
