Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced RF Design Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge RF systems from concept to realization. This position demands a hands-on approach to architecting, implementing, and validating high-performance RF front-end designs, with a strong emphasis on system integration and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy complete RF systems across various application domains
  • Create and refine RF front-end modules including power amplifiers, LNAs, mixers, filters, and related components
  • Perform detailed simulations, prototyping, and testing to enhance system performance and reliability
  • Design and integrate digital electronic subsystems to ensure smooth interoperability with RF components

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in RF hardware design and system-level development
  • Demonstrated expertise in building complex RF architectures, especially involving front-end modules
  • Solid grounding in RF theory, electromagnetic principles, and system behaviour
  • Skilled in using industry-standard RF simulation and design tools
  • Strong knowledge of RF PCB layout, signal integrity, and high-frequency design best practices
  • Proficiency with RF test and measurement equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
  • Experience with EMI/EMC standards and designing systems for compliance
  • Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and their applications in modern systems
  • Experience in antenna design and integration into RF systems
