Job Description

Role Overview: As a BIM Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to understand the requirements for delivering projects to ISO19650. You will define requirements to ensure full alignment with clients when proposing digital, data, 3DV solutions, or Connected Data Platforms. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to clients regarding their current and future BIM & digital needs. Your role will involve developing and supporting plans for data improvement and migration, managing identified gaps in data quality, and delivering BIM Execution Plans in response to various information requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering projects to ISO19650 standards - Defining requirements for digital, data, 3DV solutions, or Connected Data Platforms - Providing support and guidance to clients for their BIM & digital needs - Developing and supporting plans for data improvement and migration - Delivering BIM Execution Plans in response to various information requirements - Producing BIM compliant models using point cloud data - Overseeing the management of Information Exchange protocols and deliverables - Managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) - Defining scopes for new systems, toolsets, processes, and workflows in the digital space - Assisting Technical Leads in internal training initiatives - Collaborating with architects, engineers, and professionals to develop design plans - Creating 3D building models using specialized software - Generating 2D drawings and documents using BIM software - Conducting clash detection tasks to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models - Participating in meetings and collaborating with the project team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline - Extensive proven experience within BIM Coordination (8-12 years),
