Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revit Designer located in Pune. The role is to support project managers/team leaders by providing civil design (CAD/BIM) support to ensure that project outcomes in terms of budget, schedule, technical and quality standards, meet the client’s expectations.

Preparation of Revit modelling and detailed drawings for water infrastructure projects which include components like intake works, pumphouse, Water treatment works, pipework routing & modelling, SCAN to BIM, CAD to BIM.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have experience 3D modelling using Revit. He/She should be able to handle Revit projects independently / minimum supervision
• The role requires core experience of using Revit for 3D modelling Able to generate 2D extraction drawings and drafting in Revit as per client’s CAD standards
• Able to create new Revit families/Drawings templates as needed
• Able to understand impact of other disciplines such as MEP and update Revit model
• Should possess knowledge of shared coordinate system.
• Able to communicate with client and understand on the job requirements
• Experience on Revit point cloud conversion will be added advantage
• Understanding of UK water industry will be added advantage
