Technical Coordinator (Engineering support)

You will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating communication channels to enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies within the Engineering team. Your role will involve implementing a training program to engage and enhance the skills and knowledge of the Engineering team. Additionally, you will coordinate updates and improvements to Engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with governance and control standards. Ideally, you should possess a BA/BSc degree and demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills. Previous experience in a communications role will be advantageous, along with strong project management skills. Experience in content creation and delivery, such as emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations, will be beneficial. As a part of the @one alliance, a prominent water sector capital delivery organization, you will collaborate with various project teams focusing on water recycling, infrastructure, and water supply projects. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, leading communication channels, and working with cross-functional teams and leadership, including remote teams. You will be tasked with developing and coordinating an Engineering Training Program aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of your colleagues. Building and maintaining relationships across the @one alliance and the Engineering team to effectively communicate key changes and updates will be essential.
