Technical Coordinator (Engineering support)

As an Engineering Communication Coordinator, your role involves creating, developing, and coordinating communication channels to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness within the Engineering team. You will be responsible for devising a training program to engage and enhance the skills and knowledge of the Engineering team. Your duties also include coordinating updates and enhancements to Engineering documentation while ensuring compliance with governance and control standards. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Being part of the @one alliance, a renowned and progressive water sector capital delivery organization. - Collaborating with various project teams in water recycling, infrastructure, and water supply projects to foster effective communication. - Generating engaging content tailored to the audience. - Leading and managing communication channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership, including remote teams. - Designing and implementing an Engineering Training Program to enhance colleagues" skills and knowledge. - Cultivating and nurturing relationships within the @one alliance and the Engineering team to communicate changes and updates effectively. - Coordinating the enhancement and maintenance of key documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and facilitating communication of changes to the team. Qualifications required for this role include a BA/BSc degree, excellent writing and editing skills, previous experience in a communications role, strong project management skills, and experience in content creation and delivery. Additionally, you should possess the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,
