• Identify experts to review specific papers.
• Maintaining strong customer relationship management.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and providing ideas.
• Conducting periodic data analysis to build an effective reviewer database and maintaining accurate records Desired
• Knowledge of handling online reviewer database search engines.
• Aware of COPE and GDPR guidelines.
• Experience in the field of scholarly publishing is preferred.
• Knowledge of handling online peer review management systems.
• Proven track record of research publications will be an added advantage.
• A positive and proactive approach to problem solving both in daily tasks and more complex trouble shooting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and web-based applications.
